Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
More than 60 days before Occupancy date: If the applicant wishes to cancel, a refund will be issued for any deposit or payment.
Within the 60 days before Occupancy date: If the Owner is able to re-rent the property, there will be no penalty. Otherwise, if the applicant wishes to cancel; there will be no refund. If the Owner is able to partially re-rent the property, the penalty will apply proportionally.
Deposit Policy
50% rental deposit when booking
50% balance payable 60 days before occupancy date
Where the Rental Period commences within the 60 days, full payment is required on booking.
The Rental Applicant will be charged a $500 Security Deposit 60 days before arrival, refunded within one week of departure as both a commitment and guarantee of these terms and conditions, as well as a Loss Waiver and Damage Deposit guarantee. The Lead Guest accepts all liability for any missing items, or damage beyond normal wear, to the full replacement cost of those items.
